Store Location: Account → Quests & Content → Quest Packs
Levels: Varies
595-795
447-597

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: If you were looking to pick up a few zones you are missing, this is a great opportunity! 25% off isn’t the best sale we’ve seen for quest pack content but it’s still better than paying full price.

Scroll of Combination

Increase your ‘Critical Success’ chance to 25% when combining relics at the relic forge! This scroll will work when forging any tier 2 through tier 7 relics and lasts for 15 minutes!

Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Scrolls
Levels: 50+
795
597

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: If you are planning on crafting a really critical relic I suppose you may find these very interesting but at $4 for 15 minutes (and that’s the sale price!) I personally will be passing on these. They aren’t necessary and that’s why they get the “meh” rating.

Relic Removal Scroll

Safely unslot all Setting, Gem, and Rune relics currently slotted on the legendary item, and place the relics back in your relic pool. Crafted relics will not be unslotted.

Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Scrolls
Levels: 50+
195
147

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: These little puppies are store only items and can be pretty darn handy too if you have a sweet relic you’d like to keep from a deconstruction.

Legacies

Customize your Legendary Items the way that you want! Replace legacies with ones that are more appropriate to your needs. When you have the right legacies in your Legendary Items, you’ll be able to deal more damage, heal more effectively, generate higher threat, and more!

Store Location: Goods & Services → Legendary Items → Legacies
Levels: 50+
195-795
147-597

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: Legacies are cheaper and easier to just obtain in game. Yes, this allows you to select the item you want and I can see the temptation of a short cut so if that’s what you want go for it. We suggest having a few spare legendary items you keep to  “harvest” legacies from. They just need to be level 30 to pull the legacy off of.

Slayer Deed Accelerators

Increase the size of your quest log, earn virtues, titles, and even Turbine Points by completing deeds! Earn double-rewards for slaying Goblins, Spiders, and more for 30-60 minutes! Single & 5-stacks available.

Store Location: Buffs & Boosts → Advancement → Deed
Levels: 5+
75-450
57-338

CSTM RECOMMENDATION: These are great ways to finish up deeds quicker and reduce the grind. If you’re like me and find the idea of killing 320 wargs to earn a virtue a chore than you will definitely like these little boosters.

See Merric’s Store Explorer post on the Slayer Deed Accelerators.

hey, wow! i’ve never seen so many quest packs on sale!
i am making a return to lotro these days due to the pre-purchase of lotro base edition. the only zone i don’t have is north downs and i’ll be getting it now, since it includest he new fornost i have yet to see.

on the other hand, has this ever happened to you? returning to lotro after a month or two and not knowing how to play anymore? i was with my main (guardian) and i really had no idea what i was doing. i was soloing gb maze lvl 40 (i’m 75) and i nearly died at the end :)) it was around that time that i decided to hang up my axe and shield and equip a lute or fishing pole. it may just be i’ve seen enough bloodshed, and i’ll be living the quiet life until rohan calls me to arms.

on the other hand, i’ve received my 1000tp and nifty title, but no cloak or horse that were supposed to come with the pre-purchase. is this normal? i’m really out of the loop at this point and most of my kin are still on holidays or just as much out of the loop as i am.

sorry for the offtopic comment, i guess i just wanted to say greetings to the community that has brought me back to middle earth

As for not knowing how to play, yes. :D I ‘ll do that if I just take a month long break from my character to play a different character!

The cloaks and horses come in a package delivered to your inventory. You will need to locate and open the package to get the goodies inside. It looks like a brown box.

Goldenstar, thanks for posting these every week with the thumbs up/down rating as well as being able to comment on how the sale relates to previous sales – really helps when deciding how to spend those hard earned TPs. Quick question for you if you don’t mind – has Turbine had a sale on the skirmish soldier point reset item in the past? If the answer is no, considering my past history, I can predict the first sale as being the week after I buy it :) If they have I will just wait for it to come around again. Thanks for your help.
