I haven’t kept up chronicling my Dum Time adventures so here’s a quick sum up of what the Dums have been up to the last couple weeks.
Monday, October 28th
After our previous week of Rohirrdum success, we decided to go for bigger challenges than just the warbands found in The Wold.
First we ventured into Norcrofts.
I would like to take this time to remind you at this time we were all level 74 or less. In fact, I think it may have been just me and Opdum who were level 74. The warbands in the Norcrofts are level 79. Just wanted to remind you how awesome we are. Ok moving on.
So we go to Norcrofts and take out all the warbands there. Skutog was the only one that gave us trouble and I think it was because we accidently pulled too much of the surrounding baddies. We did get him though!
So what’s next? I guess the logical next step is to head to Entwash Vale and kill their warbands!
So still level 74 and lower we head to fight level 80 warbands in Entwash Vale. We were able to take out Fearrhorn, Dal, and Bensengan. I can’t recall if we took out any of the others.
Our luck ended with the fellowship level 81 warband of Urgai. While we did defeat Bensengan while fighting Urgai, we weren’t quite enough to take out this dude.
To end our evening in Entwash Vale we ran to the Beacon of Entwash to try the jumping puzzle. In typical me fashion, I tried a handful of times, decided it was stupid and then waited for a captain (Hoppy) to summon me to the top.
Monday, November 4th
I was really sick and decided to go to bed early instead of playing this evening. I’m not certain what the Dums all did.
In my head I picture them all sitting around a campfire. Perhaps crying a little. All sharing stories about how great their little Hobbit Burglar is and how they really wish she was there.
I’m pretty sure that’s what happened.
Monday November 11th
We were out of town at Great Wolf Lodge but I had brought my laptop with me and while I didn’t get to play the entire night, I did pop in for about an hour or so. I couldn’t give them two weeks without the worlds Dummest Burglar!
What we ended up doing is the Culling Pit in Avardin, Dunland. I had absolutely no experience with this at all so it was a pretty grand adventure. We made it through the giant dude (fight 3 I believe) but didn’t have any success with the fourth fight with the Uruk-hai.
To be fair, I don’t know if we had any battle plan then our normal default Dum Attack of chaaarrrggge. So we may revisit this when we think on it a little bit. I wouldn’t hold your breath. We are Dum after all.
